have you tryed to change game settings in game? or graphical settings in game, like resolution for example.
if you try to change them and after game restart they will not be saved, then you need to start FA without FAF once, and it will ask you to create a profile.
that profile will be used to store your ingame settings, including campaing progression and templates

when you choose a different race and didnt enable "all races templates" in the options, the template will only be saved for that one race you created it with.

When rejoining the game, all my templates saved in the battle disappear .I tried to choose different races , nothing , the effect is the same
