I have had my transport carry the missile ship (forgot its name). Is that a bug?

The transport can carry either:
a beamer (experimental)
a ship
up to 10 units (doesnt matter if they are t1, t2 or t3)
up to 3 units that dont fall under that categories

the amount it can carry is not that much, but it has good aa, a lot of hp and is quite cheap.

I don't seem to be able to load very many units on it. I can fill one of its "docks" as I call them, but then its full. I am loading sACU's, but I still only get ~3 before it says its full, when in the past I've been able to load more, although never the intended max. Is this a known bug?
