How to change the in-game language to another one?

The original game has a traditional chinese language, and I'm using it through steam.
But if the game started from the FAF lobby, the language is english.

How to change it to the others?

I tried
lua language('cn')
it doesn't work, I also tried other country code like ru or de, it doesn't work either.
