What funk did was moraly wrong. But legally nothing can be done about it, it was the hosts fault. The punishment he has got from this is lots of bad repuatation and i think thats enough to make him think twice next time. Or anyone planning to do this.

Well, cheating was on so it's perfectly fine to do it, though this does show Funk as an extremely bad loser.

Additionally, he is also a bad cheater, his paragons could've been avoided (teleport cheat) and there was also plenty of time for the others to put paragons all over the map.

Everyone really should watch the replay before passing judgement.

If one was planning on cheating, why play for over half an hour and wait until it was certain that one was going to lose before doing so?

As I said, he haven't broken any formal rule. So there is no "real" reason for a warning or further consequences. I'm not looking for that either.
And yes, formally it was the hosts fault.

I'm just disappointed by it, especially since it wasn't a random-noob, but funkoff with quite a couple of games and well rated.
All I hope - and thats why I created this threat - is that things like that don't become "normal", but we have a all in all nice behavior and an enjoyable atmosphere around in the FA-Community.
If I would look for bad behavior, I'd just log on into BattleNet

I was the hoster of this game and i forgot to turn of cheats after doing a few tests. So shame on me!

I don't want that FunkOff will be warned or even banned. But this was my first and my last game with or against FunkOff.
A player with his abilities and ranking shouldn't need such unfair things to ruin a heretofore really nice game.

GEN was lagging a game on purpose.

FunkOff used a option that was activated in the game. I can't ban people for using things that the host enabled.

I'm not saying it's nice, but it's hardly an abuse.

There is a "default setting" button that will ensure the host that no funky option is enabled. Then you can tweak score on or off and share until death.

The only pathetic thing in here is that Koecher and Voodoo acuse Funk to have bad manners, which is totally fine,

I totally agree with Raging_Squirell.
If you play a game where "full share is enabled" by inadvertance, you kill a guy, and his mate dont control+K the inherited ressources, you cant ban him..

Its unfair and not fully clean, but when you join a game, you accept the conditions..

FunkOff just uses the inplace rules that were accepted by all players ;(

they are different issues.
you can't just ban someone because host didn't turn off some option

ppl here mostly play assassination. and if you accidentally join a game with supremacy and your opponent would refuse to leave after you kill his com you are going to complain and ask for ban/warn? this is stupid

I don't really like funk as well as what he did, but it's not the reason to ban or even just warn him
