The interview with TLO was awesome. I really think every starcraft 2 player needs to listen to it.

Very well done 7 hour marathon, I imagine you must have been exhausted by the time CT showed up and still kept it professional, one of the better CT interviews I have heard.

really great show yesterday !!! congrats !!!

i enjoyed watching it and the technical trouble you had did not bother me at all. one question though: can one person of the (mentioned) two, who recorded the CT interview on TS upload it an give us a link?
i know that the whole release show is available, but the sound quality is not always great.

i am not sure whether something link this could be done on a regular basis. but there could be a show like this from time to time with:
- Ze_Pilot could talking about some topics which are important to him
- players with a score >2000 could get interviewed (or even featured - like make an entire episode about only one player with interviews, gameplays from 2008, 2010 and today and even this player giving other players tips how they can improve their gameplay...)
- noob player interviews what they like/dislike about the game, how they heard about the game and
- interview of developers of FAF, what they contributed to FAF, how the develpment process went (history with highs and lows), how FAF/FA was changed because of them and what they plan for the future and what kind of help they need with this project....
- interview with setons and thermo players
- interviews with clans (TAG, BRS, vva, VoR, ...), how they started, what they achieved in their history, how they train, what they require from new clan members, likes/dislikes,...
- of course a lot of commented replays and POV gameplays (serious and fun)

the combination of 2 or 3 commentators is quite good. this way it is more funny and entertaining.

The trend in gaming has shifted..that's all.
FA is an oldschool pre-Nextgen era game. Bigger-Better-Complex-Fancy Graphics.
We should really be glad that it exists, because if you exclude TA and FA there are no real real-time calculated (with ballistic and such) game.
It's niche, it will never be a big-seller gametype...so either we force CT to go bankrupt doing another FA type game for us, or we let him do his best to save GPG.

If the trend goes back to "Bigger-Better-Complex-Fancy Graphics" games then we will have a FA2.
Until then there is still FaF

(and the fact that this game is "forgotten" -sold by gpg and THQ nearly bankrupt- we won't have any problem to continue FaF and maybe let FA evolve slowly to something better with Galactic Wars and mods for the game)

Don't confuse web based gaming with the current idea of what a webgame is.
There's much more out there that can be done.

These are of of early testing for big web-based application, but it's already awesome.

Focus on browserbased games? seriously? I know graphics isnt everything, but it is something! I dont need it to play, but I dont want to miss it, if I can have it. Id always prefer a game like FA to a game that has graphics of Starcraft I, given that it has same quality of gameplay. We are 2012 not 1996.

Well, nearly everything in all the latest interviews with Chris aren't making really happy. :/

In ,I guess the latest GPG interview(On the GPG forums) he said that he will make something with browserbased things.Even if it sounds ,well uncool we'll look forward to new awesome things.

The simple thing is that browser games are relatively cheap and make some money. There's no one willing to pay for projects like FA anymore.
