Well in many cases that is someone smurfing and trying to hide by not joining the chat. Although sometimes people might be unable to join the chat if they are chatbanned or have some sort of technical issues.

got question , many times i cant find players on chat list , i check replay so name is correct also check player aliases but still they are in game but not in faf lobby
why is that and how fix this ? usually those are worst kind of ppl so i look for them to blacklist and i cant ...
