Hey,
Sadly the replay server has a lot of hiccups, and happens to lose some replays. There probably won't be any way to recover it from the server.
However, you can use the !replay command on discord to get the participants of that game, and then you can ask them personally about sending their local replay file to you (it might be working).
You can also check for your own local copy : C:\PRogramData\FAForever\replays

Your replays are also stored on your own computer. On the Replays tab, use top tab Local Archive.

I just had a great game and wanted to watch the replay but the server reply was NOT FOUND.
Will it come online later or is it lost completely? That would really suck, it was a great one (ID 9346040)
