Why didn't they add a timer or some timer-like event in campaing? without it players can just never expand the map and build 100 air experimentals.

So we've heard there was plan for 12 missions in the campaign but it got cut to 6. So what would be those about? Were all the missions planned to follow the main story line with Black Sun, or were there plans for any side missions?
A basically the same question for the FA campaign? Since that has only 6 missions all playable with any of the 3 original factions, with just small details changed like some secondary objectives.

Was the element of choice ever considered? Like in the last FA mission, when Fletcher wants you to join him to lead the UEF to the win but you are forced to kill him.

Anything about Sera campaign? Was that ever a thing, but just got rejected cuz of time and money reasons or no plans at all?

Any leftover story parts, ideas or things he could share?

Does Sera language have some "official" pronunciation?

did Chris Taylor disturb his process? like always "Ooo I have this idea! Ooo! add that!", thereby making it complicated to do his job?
Was he left to his own devices or did all walks of the team help him out?
Was there a rewrite close to release?
was he satisfied with the end result or a bit dissapointed?
If anything (or if several things) what would he change?

How closely did the story writing influence the unit design or vice versa?

Did they tried to develop something in the line of TA Battle tactics?
A kind of not so complex missions linked to learn about units behavior and operation ?
For example, a squadron of T2 Cybran ships going to attack an enemy base without detection.

William Harms directed story and writing at GPG and was the lead writer on SupCom. When he started, he had to take months of random, malformed ideas, and shape them into the coherent campaign that ended up being SupCom and FA. He also created the Seraphim language.
