People are checking if they already have the map. :) Sometimes I used this to check wheater I got the map on my computer. Sorry for confusing other poeple :mrgreen:

My suggestion is therefore as follows:

When a game is waiting for joiners in the lobby as well as the: Map, host, mod and number of players being displayed with the game could the following be added: either the mean of player ratings in the game (do not include observers) and/or the min and maximum ratings of players in the game. Players will then get an idea before joining the game what the skill level of the game is likely to be and whether it is worth joining.

I appreciate there are lots of other things you want to achieve but I am just throwing the idea into the pot.

which may be easier to implement: A field that shows the total numbers of trueskill for both teams. Its not the best way to balance teams, but it gives a rough idea (and is easier than adding the numbers myself :P

2. Not for now.

3. Rating in lobby : It's already done in the repository.
There is also hidden options to get the current game quality and a team balancer, but right now there are broken because of auto-team. But the code is still there, I just have to find a way to make it works again.

4. Don't think it's a good idea. If you really want to play versus an AI, play a custom game. I don't think that people will be happy to be matched against an AI when there are waiting for a ranked match.

Don't make them joinable, just make them visible. This helps keep away the idea that FAF is empty when it is, in fact, quite full.
