One novax can take out a t2 cruiser in a single burst, so it can be useful vs unshielded navy. Also, 3 novax can take out a t3 mex or t3 pgen in a single burst, and start to harass even shielded structures.

I haven't tried novax since the latest patch (with the shield nerf) but as koecher pointed out that should make it even stronger.

Pretty well balanced imho.

I like the idea of adding more colors.
