somehow new. in past i often used that order to make my engeneers repair the mex
before the upgrade was finished and it worked fine.

not sure if i tried the pause thing. i didnt play very mutch since the patch.
ill try that today.

mexes get their hp added and do not still have 100 hp when upgraded to t3
