Feel free to show us how it is done...

As for sending in exp one at a time if you send in your first exp and take out most of their power, while they keep theres in reserve, then you can easily outspam the opponent thereafter...

The replay showed that the best results were achieved by 2 or 3 exp at a time, and that lone exp were quite easily countered. Sera Chicken bot can be good to use alone because even if it dies and you can get it in the middle of the base, it will deal lot of damages (but you need to bring it there, which was not often the case in the replay). Also, obviously, long range exp like Fatboy and Megalith can be sent alone with anti air support, but there wasn't in the replay.

My problem in such a game would be less about managing t4 but surviving t1...

I agree with Lu Xun, it was a great game. However, I believe some of you guys need to optimize your t4 gameplay to its full potential. Sending one exp at a time is not efficient, not making SCU is a mistake, building t3 mass fabs instead of t2 massfabs is currently a big mistake. Also, using the big space of the map is a very good strategy, that Voodoo tried, and Lu Xun accomplished.

I dream of such a big game where armies of t3 units, backed up with a couple fully upgraded warrior SCU and a couple of Experimentals clash into each others, while sneaky SCU / ACU teleport all over the map (or invisible SCU, why not?), where air Experimentals backed up with ASF kill armies and need to be countered with SCU building SAM when air is lost, where Tempests are used to harass bases, etc.
And in the end there is enough mass from wrecks to invest in Scathis, or even Paragon, Yolona Oss, Mavor to reach epic madness. The concord lake game was very close to reaching such epic scale.

I'm sure you can do this guys, you got a very good training with this Concord lake, and Lu Xun showed you a few t4 gameplay tricks and tactics that I won't spoil ;-)

The one luxy posted is concord lake, 1:30 hours long. It was no bad game, but i think we can do better (map was also not as good as i excepted). Will try tomorrow. I have yet to find a really good map for 8 ppl FFA :|

The other was a hardFFA-FFA, attached that one aswell.

Two of the three desynced games (third won Voodoo) from my pov and without desync (the hardFFA is different to the one i attached):

759085-Lu_Xun_17.fafreplay

There were some others played earlier but those have desynchro. However i think the uploaded one might be the more fun to watch!

I made the map triple road, which is a 2v2v2 or 3 way FFA setup, but of the six spawn points, there are 3 on the middle island and three on the outer islands. It is a way of making 81x81 maps more interesting, but that also makes it completely useless for 6-way FFAs.

At any rate there are currently no 40x40 or 81x81 maps that can host 6 player FFA games. I might make one, but I certainly don't have the time to do before the weekend and it will take several weeks if it is going to look like something.

Turning Hannah oasis I to a 6p map is easier, but you'll lose all decals.

Rush Island, Big blasted rock (corner spots closed), Midgar (turtleparty), Stronghold,

For 6 players there are a lot more maps possible.

I think new favorites would be:

Hanna Oasis 20x20 version, if someone can make it fast, else Concord Lake
Stronghold
Big Blasted Rock
hardFFA

still in hope for one short hardFFA, and after one big map.

Double casting is extremely difficult to do beacause most don't people have the exact same computers so one castsr's comp will fall behind. I'm speaking from experience, also as a result of these time dysncs the casters will have to repeatedly try and catch up with each other making the whole cast a mess. My suggestion is for just 1 caster.

Thats not the way how to cast with 2 ppl. Both will be observer in the game, and in some voicechat, and one of them will stream the game + their conversation. No problems this way.

Mind. Blown.

We are so dumb....
