have opened a topic in the tech forum.

Explanation: I noticed that the FAF lobby has sometimes (after certain patches) problems to start and sometimes (after other patches) not. I was doublechecking internet as well as pc config every time after the problems (starts faf lobby news site wont come up, menu turns bright grey and he starts to calculate himself to death. after 25th attempt it worrked once.

My pc: win 7 64 bit i7-3770k 16gb ram and a 32 mbit/s inet connection, so i doubt that i might be a connection or pc problem.

Just an idea where I would love to get an answer from ZEP:

Me, my bro and I believe others want to do the follow:

When i start the faf lobby I want to have the first look (startup menu) to be the chat (as being fastest) and from that I would go instantly to games or replay. Concerning replay I would like to see the startup my personal replays and the time consuming calculations for the live replays just be done when i change to that specific topic. Is that possible ?

I don't see how a FA patch can affect FAF, or the opposite.

FAF lobby doesn't affect FA at all, and FA patches only affect balance, not how the game launch or connect.
-> A patch can't be the source of your problem.

Without any log, error message or even details (lobby is FA or FAF ? What "not able to start a game" describe ? ...) I can only assume it's a problem on your side, probably a bad connection.

I notice that some patches render the lobby unstartable only with supreme effort to me (sometimes im forced to ask for help). whereas other patches dont hinder me to make my games.

for example this patch is shit. Cant start and when i click on replays he dosnt start with my replays no i have to wait till ragnarök till he has loaded something in this special part of the replays which i immediately leave.

Do you notice this phenomenon tooo ?
