I have to say that most of the fixes were already there. Only minor tweaks to AI behaviors were missing, nothing fancy. Still better to use sorian AI.

True DAT?

Take a look at the best CPU your MB can take on the manufacturer website and buy that CPU on Ebay for 20€. Should be a something like a Q6000-8000 if your MB isnt that old. Otherwise you have to get a new CPU and MB i'd think.

As for money-consuming prices depend on a country (for example British people have hardware cheaper then food) but as far as my country prices go on, the motherboard + CPU is 70% price of the whole new PC price (screen not included).

Anyway it has to be CPU after all. Overclocking it a little more changes things a little (but I'm not gonna use that solution because it's also overheating too much). Guess I'm stuck at "below 1 hour" games for some time :P

Thanks for all the advice anyway :)

I know them all just didn't think such precise information changes anything. Here it is then:
- Intel Core 2 Duo E6550 2,33 overclocked to 2,66 (old CPU I know but this is the most expensive part of PC and forces changing everything, because new CPU requires new motherboard which is not compatible with old RAM and so on),
- 4 GB RAM DDR 2 speed 1066, fixed down to 667 value because my motherboard (BIOS actually) don't like higher speeds,
- Windows 7 64 bit,
- Radeon HD 7700, which was the most cost-effective GPU bought half a year ago,
- 1920 x 1080 Samsung LCD, led lighted,

Well, changing CPU does not always mean changing motherboard (and by the way they are by far the cheapest part of PC), but that still doesnt explain your symptoms, game will slow down a bit but not that much and not in 10x10 2 player game, I'd say it might be your RAM acting up, if you have problems with your BIOS (what I find hard to imagine) you might try to upgrade it, it's more like that your motherboard just cant handle RAM you stuck in there, can you give us exact motherboard and RAM models?
Also, check your motherboard manual, it should say what is the maximum for RAM (in both speed and size).
You also didnt mention how is the RAM divided, or is it in one module? If it is I'm 90% sure that it's motherboard and RAM incopability, back when CPUs of your and mine class were popular motherboards were capped to 1 or 2 GB per module.
Are all of your RAM modules exactly the same or are they from diffent brands and/or speeds/sizes?

b) I have Dual 2,6 GHZ

Can you give the full name of the processor? 2.6 GHz dual core is enough to play the game for some time, but you're not going to hold for an hour.

4GB RAM fixed at 667

667 MHz? That's slow RAM, but it should not be much of a problem.

new Radeon with 1GB RAM on it and all the newest shaders and stuff

Again, can you give the full name of the graphics card. The 1GB video RAM is worthless when your screen resolution is not high enough: less pixels means less ram required. For the actual calculations of the graphics (the explosions, lasers etc.) you need proper processing speed. If it is a new GPU, I'm fairly sure it's a good one, but there are low end slow graphics cards with 1GB ram. You really want to stay away from those things.

You can't seriously be comparing an ARM to a Core 2 processor, there is a large TDP difference, transistor count and general design difference.

You should basically be concerned if you can run the aforementioned game at 0 sim speed after an hour.

.. and you don't give any specs; a dual at 2.6ghz, seriously?
