According to part 2 of that post - it's actually very doable. I might be able to (with assistance) to get a prototype up and running in May sometime.

All I know is that he worked on the engine, what parts of it, I have no idea. Apparently he has also worked on Monday Night Combat though, and these days he's working on PA.

His blog posts are pretty dang fascinating though.

He also goes in depth at explaining how the new technologies he's been involved in developing for PA work. If you strictly want to read about SupCom you might want to dig through his archive a bit though.
