According to SupCom lore, T4 nuke is 100 kt. Also, you cannot compare a real world scenario to a game. Furthermore, I don't think every weapon with the same nominal yield would produce the same blast radius every time, there are many factors involved.
Also, the seraphim weapon does not seem to be nuclear in nature, but something else entirely.

Ya I know, Game-Nukes will always be a fantasy versus IRL Nukes, I just did the test to do comparisons to scale. It was to answer the question

"How big would a SupCom Nuke be if it landed in my IRL backyard?" then show that with the Nukemap. then go "oh so that's how big it would be in real life" that kind of thing.

Also: there are trees that grow over 30m, but there are also trees that never reach that height. In my area, there are two trees that may get to 40m, but all the others won't go any higher than 20. Do a google search for trees on google and a website of a nine year old will tell you how diverse the set actually is.

Finally, the map sizes are given in-game. You can't get it any more official than that. Using that a map of 10km x 10km is 512*512 supcom units in size, you get that one unit equals 19.53125 m. You can look up the height in units of the ACU in the according file. ==> An ACU is about 40m in height.

Or alternatively, if we just take Airblast radius (ignoring Fireball)

T4 Seraphim Nuke: 1000m (1km)
Largest Indian Weapon tested: Airblast Radius of 1.1km (60kt)
W-76: Airblast Radius of 1.31km (100kt)

Meaning: Seraphim's Nukes are either 100kt or 60kt Nukes. Lore says 100kt so fine

Good job, I was thinking of doing exactly the same but you beat me to it.

Clearly. It's just coincidence the nuke behaves like an IRL nuke of the listed size.

The T4 Sera MegaNuke has a blast radius of 1000m (assuming) or 1km.

Fatman (Japan Nuke), has a Fireball radius (inner blast) of 200m (0.22km) Airblast radius (outer blast) of 770m (0.77km). Total is 970m (0.97km)

Comparison:

Seraphim T4 Nuke: 1km
"Fatman": 0.97km

Meaning: Seraphim Mega Nukes are 20kt+ Nuke.

Or alternatively, if we just take Airblast radius (ignoring Fireball)

T4 Seraphim Nuke: 1000m (1km)
Largest Indian Weapon tested: Airblast Radius of 1.1km (60kt)
W-76: Airblast Radius of 1.31km (100kt)

Meaning: Seraphim's Nukes are either 100kt or 60kt Nukes. Lore says 100kt so fine

The Normal SupCom Nukes has a blast radius of 781 meters including inner and outer blast radius (will be rounding up to 800m for ease of calculation) 800m = 0.80km

An improvised HEU device (read: Terrorist Nuke) has a Fireball radius(inner blast) of 150m (0.15km). Airblast radius (outer blast) of 610m (0.61km). Total is 760m (0.76m)

Comparison:

Normal SupCom Nukes: 0.80km
HEU Device: 0.76km

Meaning: SupCom nukes are 10kt+ Nuke.

Or alternatively, if we just take Airblast radius (ignoring Fireball)

SupCom Nukes: 0.80km
Fatman: 0.77km Airblast Radius

Meaning: SupCom Nukes 20kt

Note(x2) I could be wrong in my information. If anyone wants to take a crack at it welcome to try.

So the nukes have a blast radius of 585 to 781 metres and the Sera T4 nuke has a blast radius of 879 to 1172 metres. I don't know exactly how it's going to be with respect IRL nukes (the SupCom nukes are smaller, that's for sure). The big difference is that the nukes in SupCom can get built in no-time and the graphics show that they explode on the ground, rather than quite a bit up in the air.
