this means that Seraphim mobile flak is now able to shoot upwards, like every other mobile flak (and not just do nothing).

- beam bug fix for seraphim ACU :
It's probably because some beam used to miss the ACU as he was walking.

- RenderFireClock = true for Ahwassa:

This means now you can see the reload between each bomb on the Seraphim T4 Bomber. (= cosmetic and handy tweak)

- Changed the fix for Sera t1 mobileAA:

Before, the fix for the seraphim t1 mobile AA was ugly : to prevent one of the weapon to shoot in the ground while on the move, the walking animation was disable.
The new fix restore the walking animation and makes the two projectiles originate from the cannon that doesn't shoot in the ground. (= cosmetic fix)

- Seraphim torpedoes defense fix for XSS0201 (= Destroyer).
Seraphim Destroyer uses its torpedo defense a bit more consistently (it is still a very poor torpedo defense, but at least it fires more often than before)
