Hmm I don't think i would ever play this.

from a fast read of changes, it seems that someone made a list of all the things that killed them before the 30 minute mark and nurfed them.

And as for the idea about making another 1v1 ranked, IMHO there is not enough ranked players to spread into two pools.

I disagree with this. Diamond mod is good, but most of its changes are merely bugfixes, with FAF already includes. The rest are just balance changes that make game-ending weapons harder to use, namely nukes, strong ACU upgrades, and experimentals.

You mean that if it is made as a featured mod, you will take into account feedback to improve it and adjust a few things?
