For balance changes and other patches along with all other announcements there will be multiple posts, an actual announcement in the announcements subforum and a thread for people to post in.
This will keep announcements clear and easy to find and still allow discussion.

I agree w/ to have a balance forum... if you take PA foruns for example is much more easy to find the balance changes because of that

You are somewhat right, and a revamp may occur.
For now though, improval on what we've got should, and will happen.

Way too many subforums already, the whole system needs a revamp. 95% of the sub-categories are dead anyway.

If it weren't for balance discussions there would be hardly anything of any consequence in General Discussion at all.

If you structure the forum so that every single thing has its own sub forum then General Discussion will be so devoid of fresh content that casual passers by will presume the community is either dead or dying.

Sounds good,

It would be nice to see a section related to ladder, team games, Tips, and then balance. Separating those things would help clear general chat of all the mixed topics.

Only a suggestion either way but if it is already planned then someone probably has a list already.

It's planned to expand the "help" section to take a lot of general strategy asking/advice elsewhere to clear the clutter.
In the next while we want to keep making the forum more understandable, easier to read.
Any suggestions for that are welcome.

Hello,

To be honest I am just tired of balance discussions polluting the general forum or being all over the place.

At least if there was a subsection for that kind of thing it would be organized in some way. I personally believe that the giant 400 page posts are a waste of time but it should be organized if people are going to do it anyway.
