Two things: This is not a balance issue, so don't post it in the balance forums. And two, I tested it, it exists in FAF still, I will work on fixing it.

Since the beginning of forged alliance, a lot of bugs were fixed, but there is one bug still not fixed : The ACU UEF nano-repair bug.

When you upgrade your UEF commander with nano-repair, you have a correct regenrate of 200 hp/s
So you can bear one commander and few tanks without taking any damage.
But when you got a veteran level with this upgrade, regenrate come back to 10 hp/s
That way, when you get 20,40,60,80 or 100 kills with this upgrade, there's no upgrade anymore, but upgrade is still enabled.
So, to avoid this bug, you have 2 solutions :
1) Make this upgrade after killing 100 units
2) Never fight with your ACU
3) Fix this bug

So, i have screens (it may take long to download)

Here, Upgrade is done and ready to fight.

Here, i made veterancy with few scouts and i'm being attacked by a aeon arty.
Aeon arty is 100 dps, regen is 200, so i must be full life ? No.

I disabled this upgrade and re-upgraded myself. But this time i'm full-life, because i didn't take any veteran level up.

Why nobody use it ? Because there is a bug and it's expansive.
Why nobody reported it ? Because nobody use it.

Please fix it.
