I found out what the problem is: you don't let me use as long a password as I thought you did, I was trying to use a password 28 characters long, but it stopped accepting characters at 20, so I entered the 'wrong' password even though it's what I typed. I like using long passwords, so I didn't realize that there might be a cap.

There is a password reset tool in the frontpage (http://www.faforever.com).

You've said you reset your password already and it still not work. I can't see or change password in the DB (they are crypted), so I can't really help you.

Double check your login (case-sensitive) with the login you had in the password reset form.

So....I guess no-one thinks my problem is important enough to answer.
I preferred GPGnet, because I could at least play it.

I made an account right around 2:30 PM(Central Standard Time) after downloading FAF.
I made the name double-checked the email, made sure my password was proper, and tried to log-in. It started then said "Login was not found or password incorrect. They are case sensitive."
My account name is the same as this forums name The_Real_WarStar my email is [email protected]. To make the password easier to type in, I took out special characters such as 'Š' and changed them to just 'S' in my password. Even before I did that, I had the exact same error. After changeing the password to double check the spelling, I still have the same error.
I know the servers have caught up because the most recent attempt to log-in was at 3:10 PM. Same error.

What is wrong/What am I doing wrong?
