Mod downgrader acts funky

When clicking older games in the replay vault, faf sometimes doesn't patch to the mod/game version defined in the replay. It always works when gamedata folder is empty. It sometimes works when there is files in gamedata, I have yet to find out on what condition it fails.

If it fails, it seems to download the newest version of fa and the mod, also if the versions present actually are the newest. The following is a log snippet. I'll post back here when I can reliably reproduce.
