it seems that the model file "/units/UAB0202/ZAB9502_LOD0.scm" cause this issue.
may be we can ask the model author adjust a littile bit of it.....

im very sure this is a model mistake,can you guys fix this ?

as the picture shows the left T2 air factory is upgrading and the right one doing nothing,the part of right factory model has a werid shifing and Affect the game style.
