okay with some help from anaryl it seems to be fixed now can connect normally and also have no problem with people connecting with me trough the proxy

still have another small problem that i get host timed out messages while in the lobby while we actually didnt time out found some vague explanation on the wiki on how to fix it (seems to be windows 7 specific) but it was to vague and not understandable to use that explanation to fix it, not important though doesnt affect gameplay just annoying it keeps popping up while in the lobby :/

well then eeehm could you do the same for me? cause i have no idea what you just said D:

also last game i played i did connect to everyone but then lost connection during the game (or so it seems) the people i lost connection with were connected trough the proxy and then when the game was over and closed FA i lost connection to FAF all together

Hey,

I think I've fixed mine.

I created a DHCP entry for my PCs mac address at a new private IP address, cleared the DHCP table & created new port forwarding rules for fa after deleting the old ones.

i had this genius plan to just host a game idle it in the background while i went off to eat and have everyone who couldnt connect to me pm me so i could tell them to post the logs here and after that post my own logs, it kinda didnt work cause i only got pmed by 3 people (one of who posted here) and after a while i got disconnected from the game :/ so sadly enough my plan to get a huge pile of log data for you guys to work with failed

so tried hosting another setons today and again had 9 people who failed to connect to me trough the proxy. Next time i will write down the names and ask them to post logs here for now you will have to do with the single one i happend to see in the chat and my own logs

I have had a number of issues connecting to people and im on 81#

I have UPNP enabled, FAF UPNP option and both ports open and port forwarded to my LAN IP #6112 & 55490
