Ok my bro solved it! I had to copies of FAF running. Kill them both and issue is gone.

Sorry should also have said all AV/Firewalls disabled and am running Win 8.1 Pro

As topic says I have recently started getting this error after moving to a new PC (Well surface pro actually).

So far I have tried:

Disable Windows Firewall
Open Ports on router (Draytek Vigor)
Port Forward Ports to my IP
Put my PC in DMZ on router.

yet the error continues.
