Apparently, at least as of the time that this was posted on gpg, you have to have 10k energy storage to initiate the unit. Afterwards, 5k to run it. Also, 10k to switch targets. I'll report back when I can test this.

FYI - I've used the enable/disable buttons and the target buttons to place it.

Not a big deal, because I rarely build one, but it would be great if it worked when I did. :-)
