Windows XP is no longer supported, and your problem come from Windows XP.

did you read red text on top?
i think FAF participating in opening *.fafreplay files so try to open them again, and after happens something that you think is wrong or weird, post your logs here

to know how to post logs read red text on top carefully

Replays

I am having trouble watching back my replays.

If I am in the lobby and select the replays tab all my games show up but when I double click I get a black screen and an error message in the background which I cant read. If I then press return Supreme Commander loads up and goes to the main menu.

However if I manualy browse to C:\Documents and settings\All Users\FAForever\replays and double click on one everything works fine and I can watch it.

In the replays tab Local Archive and Online Vault replays just take me to a black screen and then to supreme commanders main menu but Live Games work fine? I dont get it? Anyone got any ideas?

How come this happens? How can I watch replys from the tab in the lobby instead of browsing to my replays folder?
