I fixed it! In short the steam account i was trying to link was already linked.

Seems that they are not linked accordingly to the message you have.

Checked in the database, and Gogbe is not linked.
Gogber is.

Use the Gogber account.

You can't link two accounts to the same steam account.

When i attempt to login it says
"This compeuter has been used by a steam account.
You have to authentify your account on steam in order to use it on this compeuter :

I have already linked both of the accounts and i still get this error.
This did start when we changed the names of the accounts. From Afterburner to Gogbe and Gogbe to Gogber.
