There is this big red box with that cat in a pc. Maybe you should read it. Especially the last link.

Hey,

Keep on trying to download maps and mods but keep getting an error message saying 'This map/mod could not be installed (please report this map/mod or bug).

Any direction on where I should be looking?

Tried a repair of the lobby via a newly downloaded version of the installer. Restarted my computer.
