I just had that problem using the "rks_explosions V7 v2" mod. In case you're using that, try to play a match without it.

Hey its really very hard to understand what your talking about just from a text post.

It would be helpful and we could fix it sooner if you posted some logs (read the red text if you dont know how to do this).

Somehow whenever a unit/building dies in my games, it doesn't actually die. It leaves behind a body of itself (Not like the charred and burnt out kind) and does not count as being proper dead. So it becomes awkward when you think about that it also happens to commanders. So it basically means that when the commander/units die they don't. All this happened after the update btw.
