Invisible Cursor Bug/Menu Glitch

I am having an odd issue where, a few minutes into my games of Supreme Commanders, my cursor becomes invisible, while the onscreen cursor gets stuck in the same place on the screen, the lower right. This can occur anywhere from 15 seconds to 3 minutes in, and the on-screen cursor normally gets stuck in the same place, but the game works completely fine otherwise. I can click on everything, and move units/build things, but it is completely invisible. The glitch first happened Monday, with a 100% replication rate after, but with no hardware/software changes on my computer, when the game ran fine the day before. I initially tried a restart of my computer, which did not help, then I cleared everything in the Options tab (Settings, Cache, Game Files), which also did not help. CPUID showed my hardware was running well within normal standards, I performed a Memtest, which showed no errors, and then a ChkDsk, also completely fine, no errors reported. I uninstalled the game, uninstalled Forged Alliance Forever, and then deleted the "Maps" folder in Steam. I reinstalled everything, and the bug was stil happening. I even reinstalled Directx, but my cursor still became invisible every game, but the game ran fine otherwise.

Maybe on a related note, I have also picked up a bug where the menus become jumbled occasionally. For instance, when I go to the Game Menus, sometimes the words would be jumbled and missing letters, but still work. On my latest attempt to screenshot this bug, my game immediately crashed when I went into the Options menu. I am pasting the error information directly at the end of this post.

Any help would be great. Like I said, I made no hardware/software changes from Sunday to Monday, League, Hearthstone, Skyrim and Dark Souls II run completely fine, so I have no idea what the cause of these issues are. The issue occurs with both the standard and Beta version of the game, and I tested the game with a fresh install before the beta ran as well.
