Another example, fast forward to ~12.30 and watch the destro in the upper right corner for the most annoying part. Sera destro basically has no intel on it's own.

Example below, in a nutshell thunderhead induced jamming blip in the seraphim destroyer's vision radius draws in the torps (half of the destro's dps) when there are other targets in range. (also it shoots unknown blips out of vision when there are known threats in range, but maybe it's a feature of jamming I don't know)
