Other users have been getting their reset emails as expected, so I'm not sure what's going on here.

addendum: I tried to get help via aeolus on this matter and retried the process several times again without any progress.
could anyone verify that the system is actually working by attempting to get a reset mail send to them?
or anyone aknowledge that they read this and don't see it as a problem or can't help me on this one?

Update: tried to get an email send once more yesterday still no sucess even though the website claims to have done so.

I am triing to reset my pw.
While the specific site tells me that:

"An email has been sent to you with instructions on how to reset your password."

It does so when I either enter my email or ingame name, I still have not received a single e-mail after multiple tries and hours of wait.
I am not using secondary emails so an email going to another adress of mine is not possible.
Nothing in a spam folder either.
