We could all join other people's games just fine, but no one could join any other's hosted game or connect to those players when we all joined someone else's lobby. This definitely happened in one of the recent patches as we did this about a month ago and it worked fine on the same network/setup.

Configs: all win10/8.1 machines

Steps tried:
-all different port #'s
- UPnP on/off
-all same port numbers
-all clients passed "test proxy"
-FAF/FA allowed through firewall (already was, but checked)
-ran through every iteration of each different machine hosting and others trying to join. Nobody could connect to anyone.

Steps to reproduce:
-Try signing in with multiple clients on multiple home PCs and have one account join a match another has hosted. Host sees "connecting to" while player joining is stuck forever at the "connecting" popup. Player never makes lobby and has to hit abort connect.

Kinda disappointed as I was looking forward to a supcom LAN party tonight, hopefully someone else can repro and figure it out soon.

Thanks in advance!
