Download keeps getting interupted

When I try to download this program it will go though the download at the bottom of my browser then go to the installation wizard I get though to the install option click it and it will ask for my admin's permission etc. after I get the correct password from my admin in it will go back to the installation wizard and says that it has been interrupted and that I should try to download it at a different time. My brother successfully downloaded it at the same time I was trying to. Please help.

PS I did try downloading it later and it still doesn't work
