As spdy is saying the only way to disable autologin with the release client atm is to modify the registry. The beta client makes this slightly easier by using a configuration file in your home directory instead.

I'll create an issue to make sure the autologin feature is disabled if password/username is incorrect.

If you didn't, and you can not access the lobby, you can change it manually, by launching regedit, going to :

Code:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ForgedAllianceForever\FA Lobby\user\user

and setting
Code:
"autologin"="false"

or, just double click the file I attached, choose import

btw, I am assuming you are on Microsoft Windows...

The reinstall did not resolve the problem.

I can private message you her password and username if you would like.

I have attached the log.
Is there seriously no bloody way to disable auto login through a file?
Or is this some peculiar connection issue?

I think reinstalling FAF may help you access interface and try login again, but it would be great if you could post logs so someone can investigate the issue

She cannot access the user interface.
It simply says "Logging in..." and that is it.
Nothing.
It goes no further.
She isn't using a smurf account. She hasn't even "logged in," with her information, it won't let her.
What can we do?
Is there a way to disable the auto login through a file change?

Is there a way to disable the login via a file? What can we do to resolve this?

Her account name is Mari.
