Hey Leo,

I'm experiencing the same problem as the person above.
Yesterday i was able to play games but it doesn't seem to start today.
I have done multiple things in order trying to fix it
Reinstalled game
Reinstalled faf
Options > clear > Game Files ( as administrator)
Options > clear > Settings ( as administrator)
Options > clear > Cache ( as administrator)
Removed files in %AppData%/Local/Gas Powered Games/Supreme Commander Forged Alliance
Removed file in %appdata%/roaming/ForgedAllianceForever/FA Lobby.ini

Still i'm unable to join a game.
If you got ideas, i'm happy to try them out

Try this then...

go to control pannel > Action center > change user account control settings

set up "never notify" then ok

reset your computer... launch lobby and try to host/ join a game... se if works.

your FAF cannot check your FA version...

go to:

C:\Users\*****YOUR USER*****\AppData\Roaming\ForgedAllianceForever

DELETE "FA Lobby.ini"

launch FAF lobby then set up FA path again

Options > Settings > Game PAth...

even if your path is correct set up again so faf can Write into your config files...

also may be and antivirus blocking FAF so FAF cannot write files... check for firewalls and AV..

Having the same issue. Unable to host a game or join someone else's.

Just stops after the update/map check and never loads the client. Clearing cache, settings and reinstalling FAF/restarting PC hasn't done anything to help.

Edit: The game launches when watching a local replay. That's the only way I can currently get the game to launch through FAF.

you are not in #aeolus anymore, did you fix the issue ?

Never mind it seems to have loaded in after a long wait but it has finally loaded it all in, maybe a delay on the system or maybe its specific clients, not sure but it works just a little slow as of now.

Your not the only one, was in a game less than an hour ago 20:00 GMT:0, then after that gor an update since then the FAF Client is empty, no data being return from the server I think at all, hopefuly they know about the problem or maybe its the move to the new server/s ???
