well turinturambar42 nick is not registered also, on that forum , the solution is to register the nick , and the step by step says:

ok, this is a workaround, not a fix, I am not certain how long it will last, but It can grant you acess by now to the chat :
the issue is, you nickname is not registered

go to https://client01.chat.mibbit.com/

press server, type faforever.com
on nick : type your faf nickname
leave Channel empty, press Connect

type the folowing :

/msg nickserv register PASSWORD email

where PASSWORD is a password of your choosing ex:25418a5asdffv483
email is your email ex:[email protected]

well, the nick Ajkayforty7 is not registered, so, if you are still using this nick go and check solution on this thread http://forums.faforever.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=11697

Hello,

I have trouble logging into the chat in FAF after being gone a few weeks, i haven't tried to play a game again and i'm not sure which logs i have to post for the lobby. I did notice that the second to last line when on the aeolus server tab says that i'm missing an MOTD file?
