It seems like some connectivity issue?

here is a pic of where/how it gets stuck:

It was working last night, no problems at all, once it did start working... Now, I am at the same point I was at yesterday. Just, frozen, and won't start.

Anyway, I will attach the log again, but its teh same issue.

Thanks.

well that's a nice tiny log, wich is nice, well, no idea, delete or rename maps folder , its locate here :

if it fails, send the log again and I'll take a look

That log is from a clean folder. As I said, I did a clean re-install of FAF client. ( as instructed here: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=11701&p=119622 )

And, one of those steps was to delete/rename folder in question, which is one of the reasons why the log is so short. It is a completely fresh install.

here is an updated log, but nothing in it has changed. (on my end I have tried disableing firewall and AV. I opened ports on my router, and otherwise re-started the internet for a refreshed IP, yet nothing has solved helped the issue)

I ended up trying to do a clean FAF client install, followed procedures listed here: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=11701&p=119622 It didn't help... tried using admin, tried restarting, disabling firewall, AV, opened ports 6112-6113 on router, none of those helped either.

Forged alliance itself works perfectly, nothing has changed there. Its just the FAF client side that is freezing.

so what gives? Any ideas? (I posted the forever.log which has a warning line: "expensive player lookup by login, FIXME", )

I am using Supcom : FC DVD (non-steam edition) on Win 7 pro (64 bit)

I last ran the FAF client about 3-4 days ago, and it worked fine then, and I have not installed/updated anything except the FAF client since the last time it ran properly.

Thanks! :)
