it is ok to have FAF and FA in different location (physical hard drives) ?

/edit> today we played 2 games with massive desync problem, but without error or disconnection, so it is getting better i think...any tips for desync problem?

after few crashes i have got another error, but i think that cause is same:

game crashes usually after 5-15 minutes within rushtimer in multiplayer with my friend vs few AI enemies, i have windows 7 SP1/ i5 3570k/16GB ram/ gtx 970, i can run crysis 3 on max settings, or star citizen without any problems, but this game keeps crashing... how can i fix it? i already tried to reinstall game (i tried it without mods, still no change)
