for example on syrtis the quantum gate in mid. its usual, that both acus meet there in a 1v1 and both reclaim the quantum gate together with a reclaim command set on the building. Now if the gate is dead, one acu reclaims the mass while the other continues with the next order in the queue. Thats normal for engies of one player reclaiming pgens etc. but shouldnt apply to enemy engies, acus etc.

also its randomized, sometimes the first who is reclaiming relcaims the mass sometimes the second.
