BUT I don't know how.
Uninstalled Visual C++ 2010 redist.
Reinstalled Visual C++ 2010 redist.
I got rid of port forwarding.
Took off static ip addressing on my computer.
Shut off computer.
Shut off router.
Waited 1 minute and turned it back on.
Waited 5 minutes and turned on computer.
And I could access www.faforever.com again. So something was wrong with setting up port forwarding.
Downloaded new faf lobby client.
Uninstalled old faf lobby client.
Restart computer.
Installed faf client.

Logged in and was able to play again! Everything works again. No crashes. Speed is regular even in team games.

One of those thing did it.

Oh supcom. I missed you sooo much!

I went through all the port forwarding stuff. No problems there.
I start FAF client and it says I'm missing Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable x86. So I download it and installed it. Same problem.
Uninstall FAF Client. And tried to reinstall it.

Now I can't even get to http://www.faforever.com!!!!

I can get to other websites but not faf?!?!? Soo frustrated.
I can't get to this either.

https://github.com/FAForever/client/releases

Here is the error it gave me.

This site can’t be reached

github.com’s server DNS address could not be found.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

What is up? Any idea what is happening?

I just had a ladder game. Same thing. Things start out slow. Gets slower and finally it tells me the other guy times out. I hit F11 before booting him and saw that he was 2 packets behind.

It also seems that FAF has problem transmitting the replay file. I have to cancel it because it's stuck. FAF crashes. Attached is my log file.

Last night I played a game that desync. I haven't desync since last year.

I don't think I was in any mp game that someone didn't disconnect.

I haven't changed my settings ever.

I didn't setup port forwarding. I did not check upnp.
I will try enabling upnp (Options -> Settings -> Game Port -> tick use Upnp) and see if it helps.

If it doesn't I will try port forwarding. If do setup port forwarding should I disable upnp (Options -> Settings -> Game Port -> untick use Upnp)?

Please help. Thanks.
