i will take a look into my crystal ball. (its highly speculative)

Lets take a look to these two lines:

Your Checksum differs from DonttelmyGFimon and zone64. But you are still sync to all other 6 players.
And we see that DonttelmyGFimon and zone64 have the same checksum.

So, maybe... DonttelmyGFimon and zone64 have the same issue, which is causing the desync.
And because it's on beat 0, we can expect it has nothing to do with units etc. It should be something basic.

Also, maybe... they had a wrong gameversion, or modded gamefiles.
Should not be a mod, because there are only "ui_only=true" mods enabled.

But as i said, its more then speculative without the gamelogs from DonttelmyGFimon and zone64 and at least 1 gamelog from one of the other players.

In addition, you mention that there are multiple issues -- but you've only provided logs for one game?
