Usually just deleting the log helped

Try this:
1. Deinstall FAForever.
2. Delete the whole 'C:\\ProgramData\\FAForever' folder.
3. Install FAForever

Yep. That did it. It works now. Thanks for your help.

Code:
IOError:[Errno13] Permission denied:
'C:\\ProgramData\\FAForever\\logs\\forever.log'

This happens if you started FAForever as Admin. "Forever.log" is saved with admin rights.
If you now try to launch FAForever with normal rights, you dont have permission to change the file.

Reinstalling will not help, if you don't delete the file manualy.

Try this:
1. Deinstall FAForever.
2. Delete the whole 'C:\\ProgramData\\FAForever' folder.
3. Install FAForever

greetings Uveso.

I don't know what any of that means.

This started happening recently after I ran a SpyHunter malware scan, which I believe, broke some stuff. I tried re-installing the client but the same error popped up.

I'm pretty sure this is completely my fault. Thing is, I don't know where to begin to try to fix this. It looks like my python broke, how do I fix it?
