Contrary to all other Windows, the FAF window doesn't allow itself to be moved by win+arrows...

When I now open FAF, I see only part of the screen. The restore window size function is disabled. Result is that I cannot change the screen size and cannot get to the Find Games tab (or any tab).
I assume that the window size is stored in some configution file. Can you tell me which file that is? Then I can edit the size.
