Well i checked my security settings, and i only have allowed for all users "read, execute" and "read".

YES.
It's work.

I'll try to explain how I did it (it Was so f.... easy - why I had'nt done this before....)

Right click on exe. file ---> properties --> Security (I translate it from polish, so it could named another word) --> edit (for all users) --> I matched "full control".

I dont know why the FAF was always installing without full access to the file... (I've reinstall FAF many times).

I don´t really know what to tell you. Without an error message from the application which crashes, there´s no way of helping.

You could do and try the generic fixes. Update your drivers. Check your system log for error messages ( eventvwr.exe ). Disable unnecessary drivers/startup applications ( msconfig.exe ). Try starting ForgedAlliance.exe as administrator. Reinstall Forged Alliance.

I've posted "kastor-log2.txt" from FAF becouse there is no other log (like: SupComGame.log)

Ad. 3 -->
When I try start the shortcut (with changed path)- its same crush, as before.

Ad.4 -->
The SupComGame.log doesnt appear on dysk c:\ after step 3 (its not appear anywhere - I searched all disks)

So I can't past it here

You posted a log called "kastor-log2.txt" from FAF. There is nothing in the log there that´s helpful. It just shows initiating a connection to FAF and some more Map errors. I am quite sure you DIDN´t do what you were supposed to do, namely post the "SupComGame.log" from your Root directory from the C: Drive.

Step zero) Understand the difference between FAF and FA.
1) Create a shortcut to your Forged alliance executable.

I created shortcut, went to properties of this shortcut (right click - mouse), the target of oryginal is : "C:\ProgramData\FAForever\bin\ForgedAlliance.exe"
and I cant change it. If I try, there is notification that I wrote wrong path...

Maby I understand something wrong?

Well, then lets see why the exe is not starting.

Please make a Desktopshortcut from the file:
C:\ProgramData\FAForever\bin\ForgedAlliance.exe
(Rightclick the file and select "Send to" -> Desktop Shortcut")

Open the shortcut and change the Command line (target) to:
C:\ProgramData\FAForever\bin\ForgedAlliance.exe /log c:\SupComGame.log

Start the game, and post the SupComGame.log
(use http://pastebin.com/ for posting your game.logs)

Thats the clue of the problem. I can't run exe file from this folder. The path of oryginal game is good.

Check again if the path is correct (i.e. the correct slashes...). You should be able to run the .exe from the FAForever folder...
