As much as you should follow the advice, the UPNP error is common and normally does not effect hosting/joining games.

You do however have some lines i have never seen before, posting them out for other, better coders:

I would check your connection status and contact your ISP if these keep appearing
If you want us to see if your lobby itself is bugged, you need to upload your game.log, make sure you replicate the issue before sending it, however

FAF UPNP cannot receive a port mapping for the port that it needs.
