What worked out for me was deleting everything related to FAF first (Those folders in ProgramData as well as in %AppData%, which i believe is the key ), then installing SupCom FA and FAF again while making sure nothing runs in admin mode (as FAF on my guest account was actually running just fine) and voila...

The problem is most likely that faf is trying to run and write to some files and can't because of access restrictions.

What viba said should have worked also, but admittedly it's best if it works without running as admin.
