On that note:
he clearing actions should be moved out of the settings menu, and instead of clearing, there should be a menu item called "Fix FAF Client Problems" or similar, which opens a window. That window should have buttons for clearing things and also show an explanation what clearing this folders means and why it can solve problems. Right now, without any explanation, people will not be aware of this possiblity to fix stuff or they will be afraid to use them i think.

Since Dro (who also had this bug) told me that even a fresh install of FAF doesn't solve this (without manully cleaning every FAF related folder), and since even online replays are broken (how can that even happen?), there sure as hell are some deeper problems with the client, that maybe can get fixed.
