Last week was really busy for me, after 20Mar I only had time to install FAF on my wife's laptop to see if I can join Aeolus and see games, SC:FA was not present. - Logged in, auto-joined Aeolus, I saw open lobbies, all was fine o.0

NOW I start MY laptop to see if theres something new, some magic maybe.

Its all good, FAF works. I join lobbies, Im able to play 1v1 and Aeolus is back again.

This is weird, last time I started FAF, I had problems described on top of this topic, did nothing new after 20Mar, just launched FAF after a week of absence. Here's the log: https://pastebin.com/7Z6E9DNR

c:\...\faf -> faf-uid.exe 1234

no result

^done with 12.4

Installing old version then auto uping to newest - doesnt help

Your problem is this:

Code:: ERROR util UniqueID executable error:

It means, that the smurf-protection executable faf-uid.exe had an error to run. This exe is located in your installation directory, like "c:\program files (x86)\forged alliance forever".
Could you please run the faf-uid.exe with a number as argument, like

Code:: faf-uid.exe 1234

? It should print some long string like "DE82M0c2ZzFTO...BBb3hjU3l0TW9QUFpNNExRWXJnSkE9PQ==".

and yet theres a problem, the same, nothin happens with chat nor games, I can watch others play.

I have same problem here i download 12.4 press instal and cant chat/make game

ok i think i have solution:
1) unistall all faf
2) instal old 11.60
3) instal FAForeverLobby-0.10.122.msi
4) update to 12.4

this helped me

Cant get into chat/games

Yesterday I shut my laptop after playing faf.
Today I launch faf and... it says to reinstall faf manually. Ok

Done that, still cant get it working. I log in and all I can do is to search for my replays or watch others.
So I uninstall faf, clean all files that can exist on my hdd, reinstall »Forged.Alliance.Forever-0.12.4-win32.msi«.
I log in, and well... I register on forums to seek for info what is going on?

Please help people
